How good OnBase is with "versioning", they sell versioning feature as a separate license <br /><br />The default behavior of OnBase is to check for revisions(it is configurable) but if during upload, it finds same metadata, it prompts to save as a revision (update existing doc/append pages in existing doc) or create a new document<br /><br />The default behavior of Documentum is "Importing a doc" means creating a new base version and not touching any other document in the repository.
