The Java, OO and design skills are the base level skills that you need to begin the journey to develop Documentum skills. That person, still unfamiliar with ECM, shouldn't be dealing with business requirements from the get-go. <br /><br />If you're looking for a developer with all the skills you've mentioned you're not looking to develop talent, you're looking for Talent.
